About the role

  • Define and lead Reflaunt’s product vision aligned with business growth
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch
  • Own the end-to-end user journey across brand integrations
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success
  • Act as the bridge between business, engineering, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or retail technology (strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience building and scaling B2B or platform products
  • Strong interest in AI
  • Strong technical fluency
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Strong UX intuition and hands-on product design capability
