About the role
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-launch support
- Partner with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable models, configurations, and planning solutions
- Own day-to-day project execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and business teams, providing guidance, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and continuous product improvement
- Support product demonstrations and late-stage evaluations as needed, primarily from an implementation and solution feasibility perspective
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience implementing FP&A platforms for different use cases at a software vendor or implementation partner
- Strong background in FP&A with experience in financial modeling, business analytics, or enterprise planning implementations
- Hands-on familiarity with planning and performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive, Planful, etc.)
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured system designs and data models
- Comfort owning customer-facing projects and managing multiple workstreams in parallel
- Clear, confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting solutions
