Monitor inbound mailboxes to which referrals are issued and ensure referrals are received and processed in a timely manner
Check referrals for required details and query any clarifications or changes with relevant authority
Transfer referral details to the appropriate CRM, ensuring all required fields are completed correctly
Respond to or signpost questions relating to the AIRE programme
Administer clerical referral processes to support delivery of DWP contracts
Accurately capture participant and service data and maintain database integrity across multiple databases
Update daily records on activity, outcomes and performance metrics as specified by Line Manager
Evidence achievement of daily, weekly and monthly performance and productivity targets across AIRE services
Rectify inaccuracies identified by MI and Commissioner Reports through data cleanse activities
Requirements
Experience of working effectively within an office-based customer service or sales environment
Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality customer service
Experience of working in a fast past, target orientated environment
Experience of using database systems to input data accurately in order to track the progress of participants and potential participants
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Good influencing skills
Highly organised with an ability to work to set targets
Ability to follow processes (ensuring that referral eligibility for relevant service is assessed promptly and accurately and that required information is provided to the participant)
Attentive to detail, ensuring all relevant data is captured accurately
Desirable: Experience of working in a call centre environment
Desirable: Fluency in community languages (eg Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Somali, Vietnamese, Dari, Yoruba, Turkish, French, Spanish, Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Guajarati, Polish, Serbian and Greek)
