About the role
- Drive team strategy and direction in collaboration with Sales Leadership, including designing and implementing team goals, structure, and success metrics
- Ensure program goals meet or exceed company-wide sales objectives through collaboration with Sales leadership
- Lead and supervise team supervisors, coaching, mentoring, and tracking team performance
- Own team timecards, PTO approvals and serve as backup when supervisors are unavailable
- Manage team goals, individual development, and overall group development for the sales team
- Act as lead in interviews and onboarding for new team members
- Oversee performance management processes, including coaching conversations and performance concerns
- Ensure team follows Compliance Programs and safeguards personally identifiable information / personal health information
- Own team meetings and staff check-ins; communicate affiliate program updates to cross-functional leaders
- Manage and report on team compliance with REE Medical policies and procedures
- Assist in development of tactical plans to grow the Affiliate program; identify opportunities from market needs and performance trends
- Analyze KPIs and program data to inform decision-making and identify areas for program optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance, and IT to execute affiliate initiatives and integrate campaigns across customer touchpoints
- Support affiliate data collection and reporting processes for internal stakeholders and external affiliate partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years in affiliate marketing or sales, with a track record of successfully managing affiliate campaigns
- At least 1 year of managing others, ideally in a remote first environment
- Strong financial acumen and math skills; able to interpret data, understand revenue impact, and make informed business decisions
- Must be able to speak to using data in decisions and how it has been communicated upwards towards leadership
- Strong leadership skills and goal-driven approach; experience motivating teams through changing priorities and transformation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building relationships with cross-department leaders and external stakeholders
- Experience within the VA Disability Industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive thinking; foresee and prepare for forthcoming challenges or opportunities
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the organization
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields required (an additional 2+ years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree)
