About the role

  • Identify and prioritize the most impactful events we should participate in.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to plan events.
  • Manage and communicate the event calendar.
  • Lead the project management and logistics of events we are attending.
  • Able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to manage the booth
  • Write pre-show and post-show email copy, build emails in Hubspot, and send emails in Hubspot.
  • Manage pre-show social media promotion
  • Manage lead handoff to sales from booth scans at the events
  • Manage the post-show lead nurture through Hubspot email and digital ads.
  • Measure, report, and optimize event performance.
  • Communicate our event results and optimizations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, marketing, or related field; 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the B2B enterprise technology space
  • Experience using Asana and all Google Suite applications
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks driving an overall successful implementation of the program
  • Possess a unique mindset for injecting creativity into various programs.
  • Extreme detail orientation, well-organized, able to track/update/traffic/manage specific details for multiple events at the same time
  • Highly organized, detail-conscious, and superior analytical and creative thinking skills and curiosity
