About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create 'to-be' business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
Perform Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, and Global Trade Management, GTM, configuration according to client requests
Work with the customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project
Perform solution design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project related issues
Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients
Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, and Global Trade Management, GTM, to meet the client's needs
Document test scripts and test OTM/GTM application
Perform training end users
Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems
3-5 years of Supply Chain experience
2-3 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) experience
Must have excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to learn on the fly
Willing to travel up to 25%
