About the role
- Leads the development and management of Retail teams and initiatives
- Drives alignment with corporate strategies and the company’s long-term vision
- Ensures that stores consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Partners cross-functionally with Industrial and Wholesale leadership
- Collaborates with corporate partners to maintain operational excellence
- Owns deployment and implementation of defined in-store experiences
- Provides leadership and guidance to all Region Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- minimum of ten years of leadership experience in sales or retail operations—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of leading retail operations teams
- Extensive experience in specialty retail and/or dealership/franchise environments
- Direct experience in a retail footwear environment is highly desirable
- Skilled in monitoring and analyzing store performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
