Key responsibilities & impact

Active Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, research relevant profiles, and support direct outreach to potential candidates for our open positions.
Talent Acquisition: Support the expansion of modern recruiting channels, contribute ideas for new sourcing strategies, and help sustainably grow our talent pool.
Social Media & Visibility: Actively shape our presence on LinkedIn and other social channels through creative content, posts, insights into our daily work, and company-related topics.
Employer Branding: Help further develop our employer brand, refine our careers page and external image, and make Redtree visible as an attractive employer.
Ideas & Projects: Bring your own ideas, test new formats, and support the continuous development of our recruiting and social media activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial practical experience in HR (e.g., internship, working student position, or similar).
Enrolled student with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration, or a comparable subject.
Creativity and social media affinity: With your knack for writing and creative streak, you want to inspire people about Redtree.
Structured and reliable working style: You are organized and have an eye for detail.
Independence and solution-oriented thinking: You proactively approach colleagues and contribute proactively.
Strong communication skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and pronounced communication strength.
