About the role

  • Active Sourcing: Identify suitable talent via platforms like LinkedIn, research relevant profiles and support direct outreach to potential candidates for our open positions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the expansion of modern recruiting channels, contribute ideas for new search strategies, and help sustainably develop our talent pool.
  • Social Media & Visibility: Actively shape our presence on LinkedIn and other social media channels by creating creative content, posts, insights into our everyday work and topics related to our company.
  • Employer Branding: Help further develop our employer brand, refine our careers page and external image, and make Redtree more visible as an attractive employer.
  • Ideas & Projects: Contribute your own ideas, test new formats and support the continuous development of our recruiting and social media activities.

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience in HR (e.g., internship, working-student role or similar).
  • Enrolled student with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration or a comparable subject.
  • Creativity and social-media affinity: With your talent for copywriting and your creative streak, you want to inspire people about Redtree.
  • Structured and reliable working style: You are organized and have an eye for detail.
  • Independence and solution-oriented thinking: You proactively engage with colleagues and contribute actively.
  • Strong communicator: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as excellent communication skills.
