Key responsibilities & impact

Active Sourcing: Identify suitable talent via platforms like LinkedIn, research relevant profiles and support direct outreach to potential candidates for our open positions.
Talent Acquisition: Support the expansion of modern recruiting channels, contribute ideas for new search strategies, and help sustainably develop our talent pool.
Social Media & Visibility: Actively shape our presence on LinkedIn and other social media channels by creating creative content, posts, insights into our everyday work and topics related to our company.
Employer Branding: Help further develop our employer brand, refine our careers page and external image, and make Redtree more visible as an attractive employer.
Ideas & Projects: Contribute your own ideas, test new formats and support the continuous development of our recruiting and social media activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial practical experience in HR (e.g., internship, working-student role or similar).
Enrolled student with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration or a comparable subject.
Creativity and social-media affinity: With your talent for copywriting and your creative streak, you want to inspire people about Redtree.
Structured and reliable working style: You are organized and have an eye for detail.
Independence and solution-oriented thinking: You proactively engage with colleagues and contribute actively.
Strong communicator: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as excellent communication skills.
