About the role

  • Build and expand application monitoring: You monitor our systems and ensure maximum stability and performance.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines: You automate processes for efficient, secure, and reliable deployments.
  • Optimize database systems (MySQL, Postgres and other RDBMS): You ensure high availability and performance.
  • Server administration and infrastructure management: You operate and troubleshoot Linux environments.
  • Collaborate with the development team: You ensure smooth deployments and improve processes and code quality.
  • Manage PHP and frontend dependencies: You maintain the stability and compatibility of our tech stack.
  • Monitor and optimize system resources: You detect bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them.

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in computer science or an equivalent qualification, plus at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Linux expertise: Working with Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu) is second nature to you.
  • Containers & orchestration: You have solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure management: You are proficient with SQL databases, web servers (NGINX), and application servers.
  • CI/CD & automation: You have experience with frontend deployments (Nuxt, Webpack, Yarn) and the Laravel framework.
  • SaaS experience: SaaS is familiar to you; you understand the operational and scaling challenges of cloud applications.
  • Communication: With fluent German and very good English skills and open, clear communication, you contribute to productive collaboration.
