About the role

  • Sales management from A to Z: You organize and prepare meetings, create presentations and proposals, and prepare materials for sales calls — no cold calling.
  • Support sales conversations: You join calls, learn from experienced Account Executives and gradually take on your own meetings.
  • Follow-up & process assurance: Qualify leads, maintain CRM data and manage follow-ups to ensure the entire sales funnel runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management or a related field.
  • Clear, professional communication in German (spoken and written).
  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • Initial sales experience is an advantage — essential: willingness to learn, a structured approach and a personable manner.
  • Conduct structured phone calls with a clear objective and natural flow.
  • Treat feedback and rejections as learning opportunities.
  • Work independently while being team-oriented.
