About the role
- Manage and support the existing customer base in your region (specialist retailers) and develop and expand relationships and activities with established distribution partners
- Acquire new customers in the specialist retail channel
- Develop sales-optimizing measures
- Successfully implement REDSUN's sales strategy and campaigns
- Represent our company
- Support trade show organization and attend sales meetings
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration)
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales
- Affinity for the construction industry
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Strong commercial acumen and a business-oriented approach
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel
