About the role

  • Co-managing the company
  • Defining and executing the strategic vision for a robotics automation startup
  • Shaping and developing the company’s product offering in the robotics and automation space
  • Identifying market opportunities and aligning product strategy with customer needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Monitoring robotics and automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Building and leading a small, high-performing team
  • Creating a culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and high execution standards
  • Designing internal processes and operational structures from scratch
  • Overseeing core business operations and supporting financial planning activities (budgeting, forecasting)

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience in startups or technology companies
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with robotics technologies
  • Proven experience in building products, projects, or ventures from scratch
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and scale new ventures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environments
  • Experience with project management and process design
  • Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).
