About the role

  • Co-managing the company together with the founding team
  • Designing and validating the product vision and long-term product strategy
  • Translating customer problems into AI-driven product solutions
  • Building the product from scratch: problem discovery and validation, MVP definition and delivery, continuous iteration based on user feedback and data
  • Leading hands-on product development in an agile environment
  • Working closely with engineering, data, and AI teams
  • Defining a product roadmap aligned with business and go-to-market strategy
  • Monitoring AI, automation, and purchasing/procurement trends
  • Designing and analysing product KPIs: activation and adoption, retention and engagement, product-market fit signals
  • Running structured product experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate)
  • Actively shaping company strategy beyond product (as a true co-founder)
  • Participating in investor communication and pitch preparation
  • Building and leading a small, high-impact product team.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership product role in a startup environment
  • At least 3+ years - proven track record as CPO, Product Manager, or Product Owner
  • Proven experience in building products from scratch (0 → MVP → iteration)
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and current trends
  • Hands-on experience with agile product development and user validation
  • Ability to work in high uncertainty (pre-PMF) environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Founder mentality: ownership, accountability, speed
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish.
