About the role

  • Designing, testing, and iterating initial monetisation models for cultural institutions
  • Defining pricing strategies adapted to public-sector and cultural organisations
  • Building the first repeatable sales processes from scratch
  • Owning sales and marketing strategy end-to-end
  • Building and maintaining relationships with cultural institutions, public organisations, strategic partners and stakeholders
  • Leading negotiations and value-based selling
  • Designing and analysing key KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion funnel, sales cycle length, retention and expansion
  • Running structured experiments
  • Optimising conversion across sales funnels and onboarding processes
  • Co-managing the company together with the founding team
  • Actively shaping product direction based on market feedback
  • Building and leading a small, high-impact team
  • Monitoring technology and industry trends relevant to digital culture
  • Participating in investor communication and pitch preparation
  • Overseeing revenue-related financial planning (forecasting, budgeting)

Requirements

  • At least 5-7+ years of proven track record in revenue, sales, growth, or partnerships in startups
  • Proven experience in building revenue from scratch (0 → first customers)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in complex or non-obvious markets
  • Excellent analytical mindset: data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work in high uncertainty (pre-PMF) environments
  • Founder mentality: ownership, accountability, speed
  • Strong negotiation and value-selling skills
  • C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish.
