About the role

  • Design and oversee the clinical framework - patient pathways, medical standards, and holistic treatment models (from TRT to longevity programs)
  • Recruit and train doctors - build and mentor a team of 10+ clinicians, ensuring high quality and consistency of care
  • Establish and scale the medical entity/clinic, supervising registration, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate on the product side - support the tech team in developing AI, chatbots, and app-based tools that enhance patient care
  • See patients directly (1–5 days/week, depending on the engagement model you choose)
  • Build the medical and educational brand by appearing in expert media, podcasts, and conferences; create thought-leadership content
  • Develop partnerships - work with universities, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic companies, and technology partners
  • Act as the company’s medical ambassador, representing the brand with integrity, expertise, and authority

Requirements

  • A respected medical authority with proven clinical experience in treating men and a strong professional reputation
  • A physician with a scientific or academic background (MD, PhD, Associate Professor, or equivalent) who has contributed to the field through publications, research, or recognized clinical achievements
  • A leader who embraces a holistic approach to men’s health, integrating hormone therapy, metabolic optimization, lifestyle medicine, mental well-being, nutrition, and longevity care
  • Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing physicians, and setting high clinical standards across the team
  • Proven track record in establishing or scaling a medical clinic or healthcare entity, ideally leading 5-10+ doctors or specialists
  • Openness to innovation and digital transformation, including the use of AI and technology-enabled patient care tools while maintaining the highest medical standards
  • Strategic understanding of how medicine, technology, and business intersect, and how to scale impact while maintaining medical excellence
  • Readiness to join as a co-founder, taking ownership, making strategic decisions, and shaping the clinical and organizational culture of the venture
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire trust among patients, teams, and partners, and to act as the public medical face of the brand
