AI Engineer

• Design, build, and operate the Agentic Data Plane and cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including control plane and data plane components
• Convert ambiguous product requirements into clear technical designs and executable workstreams
• Contribute to architecture discussions spanning the Agentic Data Plane and adjacent Cloud teams
• Anticipate technical risks and proactively mitigate them for timely, high-quality delivery
• Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and security in shipped code and services
• Participate in the on-call escalation chain and improve operational health
• Build tools and services for automated infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and self-healing
• Integrate resilience and observability into systems supporting enterprise-grade agentic systems and cloud services

Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

Solutions Engineer

• Help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations
• Work alongside the sales team to introduce Redpanda to potential customers
• Lead product and solution briefings
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Run live product demos
• Prototype Redpanda integrations
• Partner with product management, engineering, and support teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experience
• Identify customers' key technical objections
• Develop strategies to address blockers to adoption

Engineer

• Build at the customer site. Write production-quality agents, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Work in unfamiliar territory, fast.
• Own the technical deliverable. Design the technical approach, build it, and hand it off clean.
• Be the Redpanda technical voice with the customer’s engineers. Earn their trust.
• Drive toward exit from day one. Write documentation that their team can use.
• Feed learnings back. Identify patterns across engagements and bring that back to Product and Engineering.

Forward Deployed Engineer

• Write production-quality agents, integrations, and data pipelines on Redpanda ADP
• Ramp quickly, orient to what exists, build on top of it without breaking it
• Understand what the engagement is supposed to produce, design the technical approach, build it, and hand it off clean
• Make sure the work integrates correctly with what they already have and what they’ll maintain after you leave
• Write documentation that their team can actually use
• Identify patterns across engagements
