Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate across teams to define solutions and provide clear direction on technical tradeoffs, ensuring alignment with both product goals and engineering standards.
Domain SME: Become a subject matter expert in your team’s services. Champion engineer-led projects to improve stability, performance, and the developer experience.
Mentorship & Learning Mindset: Foster a culture of collective excellence where learning happens in all directions. You will facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing across the engineering organization, rooted in the belief that everyone has something to teach and something to learn. Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of leading medium-to-large projects involving multiple engineers.
Full-Stack Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive projects across the full stack (backend services, data persistence, and modern frontend frameworks like React/TypeScript). Comfortable with translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred), and relational databases (Postgres).
Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, including experience with pair programming and translating complex technical concepts for product stakeholders.
