About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively find new business through cold calling, emailing, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for our senior sales team.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends and evaluate customer needs.
  • Align Redial’s value proposition with potential clients' business needs.
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Attend industry conferences and tradeshows to expand our network.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or lead generation (BPO or SaaS experience is a huge plus!)
  • Fully Bilingual (C1/Native English) is indispensable.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • A "great attitude," team-player mindset, and the ability to handle feedback and pivot quickly.
