Business Development Representative
Redial BPOBusiness Development Representative at Redial BPO identifying new business opportunities through various sales methods. Seeking results-driven sales professionals to grow in the BPO industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively find new business through cold calling, emailing, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for our senior sales team.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and evaluate customer needs.
- Align Redial’s value proposition with potential clients' business needs.
- Work closely with Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences and tradeshows to expand our network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or lead generation (BPO or SaaS experience is a huge plus!)
- Fully Bilingual (C1/Native English) is indispensable.
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- A "great attitude," team-player mindset, and the ability to handle feedback and pivot quickly.
