About the role

  • Assist in the planning and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets for SEO best practices.
  • Support link-building efforts and outreach initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update content using CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Create regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
  • Basic proficiency with WordPress or HubSpot for content management and optimization.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content using AI tools for efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, meta tags, and structured data (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and photography for content creation.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret SEO data, identify trends, and produce reports.
  • Excellent organization, communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
