About the role

  • Design digital and print materials aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Support content creation for marketing channels, including web, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  • Prepare visual assets for production and ensure consistency across media platforms.
  • Assist in capturing and editing photos and videos for company events and promotional use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva and CapCut is a plus.
  • Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Experience creating visuals for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Understanding print production, formatting standards, and file setup.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and video editing for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to organize, export, and hand off assets cleanly to production teams.
  • High level of accuracy in visual design and project execution.
  • Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
