Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for generating, managing, and closing new business opportunities
Align our software with customer needs and requirements
Conduct business professionally through clear communication with potential customers
Maintain expert knowledge in Redgate’s four core solutions
Help customers discover unmet needs and deliver insightful value
Collaborate with other sales functions to achieve sales quotas each month
Use dynamic phone presence, email, and social selling to engage prospects

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years in a customer facing role
A strong desire to pursue a career in Tech Sales
Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
Team mentality and are comfortable working collaboratively
A desire to understand while going above and beyond for the team and customers
Ability to learn sales methodologies that can be applied to any sales opportunity
Ambitious and driven by continuous improvement
Good administrative skills with sound attention to detail
Experience working in a phone based sales role
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
A proven ability to learn and understand technical information
Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Zuora
