About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Customer service at reception: Greet and guide visitors and employees with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Make and receive telephone calls: Answer calls clearly and politely, relaying information or directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide required information to meet the department's needs: Provide information about room scheduling and respond to general inquiries.
  • Monitor entry and exit: Keep a record of people entering and leaving, ensuring organization and site security.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings: Assist with booking times and organizing the reception calendar.
  • Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries: Manage the receipt of documents, packages and mail, ensuring they reach the correct recipients.
  • Assist in organizing internal events: Support reception duties for events organized by the institution, such as meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as determined by immediate management: Carry out miscellaneous tasks according to daily demands and team needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (complete).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Currently pursuing studies in an administrative field.
  • Previous experience in a reception role.
