Receptionist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer service at reception: Greet and guide visitors and employees with courtesy and efficiency.
- Make and receive telephone calls: Answer calls clearly and politely, relaying information or directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Provide required information to meet the department's needs: Provide information about room scheduling and respond to general inquiries.
- Monitor entry and exit: Keep a record of people entering and leaving, ensuring organization and site security.
- Schedule appointments and meetings: Assist with booking times and organizing the reception calendar.
- Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries: Manage the receipt of documents, packages and mail, ensuring they reach the correct recipients.
- Assist in organizing internal events: Support reception duties for events organized by the institution, such as meetings.
- Perform other related duties as determined by immediate management: Carry out miscellaneous tasks according to daily demands and team needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (complete).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Currently pursuing studies in an administrative field.
- Previous experience in a reception role.
