About the role

  • Attract, train, and develop a team of world-class talent Product Adoption Strategists
  • Collaborate with your team to develop vertical and account-level product strategies to deliver business results for Reddit advertisers
  • Empower and inspire your team to exceed established product adoption and revenue targets
  • Partner with Sales and Product Leaders to crystalize market opportunities, refine product target account lists, and identify roadmap opportunities for development
  • Work with Sales and Strategy & Operations leadership to track progress to goal and identify steps that can be taken to accelerate outcomes.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with external (key clients, agency partners) and internal (Product, PMM, Sales Leads) constituents

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct people management experience in advertising, media sales, and/or product growth
  • 10+ years of experience in media sales
  • Direct Shopping product and/or eCommerce experience
  • Experience leading teams at dynamic, industry-leading companies while working across a variety of verticals and challenges
  • Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, talent development, and strategic talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Reddit and its incredibly unique audiences.
