About the role

Attract, train, and develop a team of world-class talent Product Adoption Strategists
Collaborate with your team to develop vertical and account-level product strategies to deliver business results for Reddit advertisers
Empower and inspire your team to exceed established product adoption and revenue targets
Partner with Sales and Product Leaders to crystalize market opportunities, refine product target account lists, and identify roadmap opportunities for development
Work with Sales and Strategy & Operations leadership to track progress to goal and identify steps that can be taken to accelerate outcomes.
Build and manage senior-level relationships with external (key clients, agency partners) and internal (Product, PMM, Sales Leads) constituents

5+ years of direct people management experience in advertising, media sales, and/or product growth
10+ years of experience in media sales
Direct Shopping product and/or eCommerce experience
Experience leading teams at dynamic, industry-leading companies while working across a variety of verticals and challenges
Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, talent development, and strategic talent acquisition
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Passion for Reddit and its incredibly unique audiences.
