About the role

  • Own and continuously improve a values-aligned onboarding process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for onboarding plans
  • Develop and manage 30/60/90-day check-in process
  • Update and maintain onboarding resources
  • Lead internal trainings on systems and tools
  • Partner with department leads on training content
  • Maintain training materials on platforms like BambooHR
  • Embed DEI principles into training content
  • Plan and facilitate learning sessions
  • Manage Leadership Cohort for manager development
  • Facilitate workshops on core skills
  • Support professional development planning
  • Manage internal training calendar
  • Track participation and analyze data to improve training outcomes
  • Stay up to date on best practices in L&D

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years in training or learning & development (L&D)
  • Experience supporting DEI learning or integration preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience in curriculum design is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships and create welcoming environments for a wide range of staff
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous work with competing priorities
  • Ability to radically prioritize tasks and plan effectively
  • Organized with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Growth mindset and willingness to take risks
