About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage procurement and order management activities supporting program execution, including order review, procurement, contractual compliance, order tracking, delivery coordination, and closeout support.
- Analyze and communicate order status, delivery risks, and supply chain impacts to program stakeholders to support operational planning and execution.
- Partner with Finance and Program teams to evaluate procurement tracking, funding alignment, assess order execution priorities, and provide recommendations to resolve operational issues impacting program objectives.
- Develop reports, metrics, and analysis to support program visibility and operational planning.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting and communicating with Red River’s internal and external partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in order management, project coordination, procurement, supply chain, or a similar operational role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- 2-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively across multiple partner organizations and functional teams
