Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage medium-complexity customer projects throughout the full project lifecycle
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
Support continuous improvement initiatives across PMO operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years of project management experience or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, project management, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Experience managing customer-facing projects
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
PMP certification preferred but not required
Proficient with SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and ProjectManager.com
