About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed targets
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Manage key accounts and support the team in closing high-value deals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offerings
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM tools
  • Actively engaged and monitoring of pipeline development, opportunity management/forecasting and demand generation
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
  • Works closely with sales management peers to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement to drive sales and revenue growth and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting quotas
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to cultivate C-level relationships and understand underlying business drivers
  • Ability to capture large multi-year IT annuity contracts
  • Familiar with existing industry CRM applications
  • Familiar with OEM business processes negotiating discount structures
  • Ability to demonstrate strong presentation skills and lead customer facing meetings
