About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day administration and support on our Enterprise Support Team and our Azure customers
- Resolve technical problems and perform maintenance related tasks
- Manage and maintain IAAS and DevOps environments
- Assist customers through their Digital Transformation initiatives
- Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations
- Provide Cloud consultation for MSP Clients
- Develop, support, and document automated build and configuration management processes
- Manage PKI Certificates and Azure Active directory
- Troubleshoot and remediate Azure tickets
- Participate in RFO documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2-4 years IT experience supporting the infrastructure of Azure and IAAS environments
- Experience implementing Microsoft IaaS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
- Experience with JSON and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Azure/O365, Azure Active Directory, Azure Databases (Azure SQL, Azure MySQL), and Azure DevOps
- Experience in managing, maintaining and supporting core Microsoft technologies and services like Windows Servers 2012 or above, Active Directory, DNS, etc.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar certifications preferred
