About the role

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features for the development team
  • Lead all scrum ceremonies and ensure releases align with business goals
  • Collaborate across multiple functions while executing the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog (epics, user stories), based on client needs and business value in partnership with a Senior Product Manager.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure a clear definition of requirements – answering questions, clarifying requirements, and removing roadblocks.
  • Run sprint ceremonies; sprint planning, review, retrospective, and accept/reject completed work.
  • Set expectations and plan product releases to ensure continuous delivery of valuable features. This includes enabling other departments (Support, Implementations and Sales Engineering) to use new releases.
  • Gather user feedback through tools like Pendo and client interviews to inform enhancements Validate feature adoption meets intended value.
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge repositories to support self-service.
  • Help track KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions.
  • Assist Senior Product Manager in compiling, maintaining, and communicating the product vision and roadmap for the next 12–18 months.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead tactical decisions and outcomes in partnership across Engineering teams
  • Understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, Scrum preferred.
