About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and document comprehensive, production-ready system architecture blueprints and reference topologies
Lead technical scoping, discovery, customer workshops, deep-dive sessions, POCs, and architectural walk-throughs
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to regional engineering teams and corporate executives
Translate complex AI/ML requirements and technology strategies into actionable business outcomes
Collaborate with chip manufacturers, independent software vendors, and regional system integrators on joint architectures
Liaise between APAC market realities and product management teams, channeling customer feedback into global product roadmaps
Take full technical ownership of complex strategic enterprise opportunities
Advise senior IT and business executives on platform maturity, multi-year adoption strategies, and compliance frameworks
Mentor technically AI/ML engineering colleagues and coach junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Proven track record leading successful technical consulting, system design, or pre-sales architecture engagements for enterprise customers
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to present complex technical architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Expertise architecting and managing enterprise-grade Kubernetes or container platforms
Experience with multi-tenant cluster structures, container networking, and persistent storage strategies
Strong application architecture and development foundations
Hands-on proficiency in Python and scripting/automation tools such as Git and Ansible/Terraform
Practical experience running, configuring, and troubleshooting AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jupyter on containerized platforms
Experience in some target domains including MLOps, model serving, workflow orchestration, GitOps, observability, virtualization, bare-metal orchestration, GPU clustering, secure regulated deployments, or system-level languages
Experience with financial services, public sector, healthcare, telecommunications, or manufacturing AI/ML architectures is advantageous but not required
