Requirements

What you’ll need

Webサービス、ミッションクリティカルシステム、CI/CDなどの要件定義・設計・実装・テスト・運用に関する優れたソフトウェアエンジニアリング経験と知識
生成AIを用いた開発・運用の経験と知識
リードエンジニアまたは技術コンサルタントとして技術的課題を解決に導いた経験と情熱
開発メンバーやチームへのティーチング・コーチング経験、および開発組織・開発プロセスの変革経験
ロジカルシンキング、問題解決、分析、資料作成、プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、交渉などのコンサルタント基礎スキル
経営層や管理職と信頼関係を構築した実績
アジャイル開発およびスクラム開発の基礎知識と実践経験
