About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the go-to technical leader for customers on hybrid cloud and application modernization
  • Partner with customers to understand business goals and technical requirements
  • Design robust, secure, and scalable solutions on Red Hat OpenShift
  • Lead hands-on implementation from proof-of-concepts to full production environments
  • Lead workshops and share best practices on containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices
  • Mentor customer teams to enable long-term success
  • Collaborate with Red Hat sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, solutions architect, or senior engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Ideally familiar with Red Hat OpenShift
  • Comfortable with Linux or alternative core technologies
  • Understanding of networking, storage, and security
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience with Red Hat products is a major plus
  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prepared to work from the customer site
