About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical subject matter expert at the customer site.
Lead the implementation and integration of Red Hat’s open and hybrid cloud solutions.
Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes (CI/CD).
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and business objectives.
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to customers.
Contribute to project documentation, including technical diagrams and process guides.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in enterprise application modernization projects.
3+ years of advanced experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
3+ years of expertise in AppDev solutions including Tekton, Dev Spaces, Developer Hub, and Kafka.
Proficiency in GitOps methodologies and tools, such as Argo CD, Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM), Helm, Git, and Kustomize.
Experience with authentication and security solutions, particularly SSO and Keycloak.
Deep technical knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Strong communication skills in English and French.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently, and solve complex problems.
A passion for open source software, automation, and continuous improvement.
