About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on-site, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure architectures
- Combine technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for our customers
- Assist with project related activities (both technical and non)
- Find solutions that will benefit customers and create new opportunities for Red Hat
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, and assist the project of technical managers in setting and delivering on expectations
- Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative team environment, providing and sharing knowledge; build and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues and our customers
- Stay at the forefront of technology, evaluating emerging trends and applying new Red Hat solutions to meet evolving customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, highest-level UK defence security clearance
- Experience of Linux system administration (RHEL preferred)
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation technologies, particularly Red Hat Ansible, Terraform, or similar
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., RHEV/oVirt, VMware) in large-scale enterprise environments
