About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

  • Record of building and leading high-performing, geographically-distributed, multifaceted teams
  • Experience and history of coaching and mentoring individuals to successful outcomes
  • Ability to analyze data and provide real time feedback on quarterly growth performance, YTD performance and projection of annual attainment
  • Strong analysis skills with ability to translate to tactical and strategic activities.
