About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead design and implementation for application projects, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and IT strategies
  • Design, review, and validate middleware architectures, integration patterns, and application modernization strategies using Red Hat technologies
  • Collaborate with sales, product engineering, and customer success teams to shape solutions and accelerate adoption
  • Lead technical workshops, assessments, and proofs-of-concept (PoCs) for middleware and integration solutions
  • Advocate open-source adoption and Red Hat best practices for middleware, application platforms, and DevOps pipelines
  • Ensure project delivery quality, risk mitigation, and long-term customer success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Red Hat middleware products
  • Proven expertise in application platforms, particularly: Red Hat JBoss EAP / WildFly, Red Hat Fuse / Camel, Red Hat AMQ / Kafka, API Management
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, SOA, event-driven, and integration architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and observability
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and edge computing environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Domain knowledge in banking, telecom, public sector, or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, event-driven microservices, and API-first strategies
