About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the improvement and automation of business processes and tooling
Understand complex business requirements and translate them into requirement documents and support technical specifications
Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, identify inefficiencies, and participate in the implementation of enhancements
Work with global and cross functional teams to ensure training material and process documents are completed and aligned with new and changing initiatives
Lead testing initiatives as well execute entire testing processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of work experience in a similar position
Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, testing and managing applications
Ability to troubleshoot technical and solve complex problems independently
Organized with the ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams with multiple time zones
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
Previous experience with Incentives Compensation Management tools (Varicent) is preferred
Experience in other sales tools like Salesforce Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau, etc
