About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the improvement and automation of business processes and tooling
- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into requirement documents and support technical specifications
- Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, identify inefficiencies, and participate in the implementation of enhancements
- Work with global and cross functional teams to ensure training material and process documents are completed and aligned with new and changing initiatives
- Lead testing initiatives as well execute entire testing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, testing and managing applications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and solve complex problems independently
- Organized with the ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams with multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
- Previous experience with Incentives Compensation Management tools (Varicent) is preferred
- Experience in other sales tools like Salesforce Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau, etc
