About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the improvement and automation of business processes and tooling
  • Understand complex business requirements and translate them into requirement documents and support technical specifications
  • Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, identify inefficiencies, and participate in the implementation of enhancements
  • Work with global and cross functional teams to ensure training material and process documents are completed and aligned with new and changing initiatives
  • Lead testing initiatives as well execute entire testing processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, testing and managing applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and solve complex problems independently
  • Organized with the ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams with multiple time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
  • Previous experience with Incentives Compensation Management tools (Varicent) is preferred
  • Experience in other sales tools like Salesforce Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau, etc
