About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve APAC’s digital strategy and omnichannel orchestration framework
- Align owned, web, automation, and AI-driven touchpoints into cohesive end-to-end customer journeys
- Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing use cases and digital orchestration programs across APAC
- Oversee APAC digital platforms strategy and governance
- Lead customer journey analytics to identify optimization opportunities across the funnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 - 12+ years in digital strategy & execution, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
- Strong experience in omnichannel marketing and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Deep understanding of martech stacks and customer journey analytics.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
