Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize system reporting tools to produce datasets and reports, facilitating in-depth analysis and informed decision-making.
Support the development and optimization of partner programs and incentive structures through advanced analytics and modeling techniques.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Strong consulting skills, with experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts.
