About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide guidance to consultants with less experience in order to achieve set goals
- Help with the implementation of different projects on the scope.
- Address the infrastructure and Cloud platforms according to customer needs.
- Develop effective and efficient solutions that provide desired performance.
- Coordinate the workflow among Cloud teams, users, and yourself.
- Analyze and fix existing code base to address new requirements.
- Collaborate with customer's support teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud or Infrastructure consultant
- Experience working as a support or development engineer for a Platform-as-a-Service provider or hosting service
- 5+ years of experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems
- Proficient with Kubernetes internal architecture and sound knowledge of container technologies
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift configuration, implementation, and support.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Observer
- English proficiency; upper intermediate-advanced verbal, written, and reading
- Knowledge in Automation tools as Ansible Automation Platform.
