Promote adoption of Red Hat solutions using technical expertise and interpersonal skills
Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions adaptable to technological improvements using Red Hat technologies
Lead technical projects, collaborate on project timelines, and maintain project and technical documentation
Identify stakeholder needs and set expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work
Travel to client locations and perform daily on-site work in the Fort Meade area
Undergo intensive customized training on Red Hat technologies and services; join project teams and support customer success within first year
Implement complex, large-scale solutions in customer environments and share lessons learned with internal and external communities of practice
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Experience with delivering an implementation based on an architectural design
Demonstrated ability to lead a technical project, including collaborating on project timelines and maintaining project and technical documentation
Ability to identify stakeholder needs and set expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work
Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or a derivative
Experience utilizing Red Hat Satellite to deploy and manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
Experience with Identity Management technologies, including Red Hat Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory, and other identity providers
Experience with PIV or Smart Card authentication
Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation and automation platforms like Chef and Puppet
Broad and deep technical experience with virtualization and cloud technologies like OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure
Experience across one or more vertical industry areas
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline
Must be able to work in-person on customer sites daily
Travel to client locations Monday-Thursday
