- Deliver on account strategy to manage performance and customer success

- Orchestrate solution architects, specialist teams, and industry experts
- Coordinate support from specialist solutions architects and sales specialists
- Cultivate relationships across customer organizations
- Collaborate with Customer Success team to co-develop success and growth plans
- Engage partners to strengthen Red Hat’s customer value proposition
