About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain complex test suites for layered products on OpenShift platform
- Triage and debug testing failures, coordinating with product teams on root cause analysis
- Develop, improve and maintain testing automation
- Develop, improve and maintain tooling and support automation
- Report and track bugs and issues using corporate tracking tools
- Collaborate both within the team and with external teams on test process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role
- Two (2) years of experience with debugging container related issues
- Writing and debugging quality test scripts in multiple languages
- Working with cloud-native or container-based application platforms
- Working with virtualization products
- Software testing and quality assurance methodologies
- One (1) year of experience with defect tracking and test management tools
