About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct architectural discovery sessions and "Design-and-Build" workshops
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of OpenShift Virtualization
- Plan and execute large-scale VM migrations using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV)
- Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Ansible and GitOps principles
- Act as a technical liaison between the customer and Red Hat Product Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep Virtualization Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of KVM and QEMU
- Significant experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter)
- Container Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency with Ansible and Terraform
- Enterprise Networking/Storage: Deep understanding of software-defined networking (SDN)
- Consulting Experience: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Linux Foundations: Expert knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
