About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct architectural discovery sessions and "Design-and-Build" workshops
Lead the end-to-end implementation of OpenShift Virtualization
Plan and execute large-scale VM migrations using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV)
Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Ansible and GitOps principles
Act as a technical liaison between the customer and Red Hat Product Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep Virtualization Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of KVM and QEMU
Significant experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter)
Container Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency with Ansible and Terraform
Enterprise Networking/Storage: Deep understanding of software-defined networking (SDN)
Consulting Experience: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Linux Foundations: Expert knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
