About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the assigned sales team
- Continuously expand knowledge of Red Hat offerings and solutions
- Serve as the technical liaison between Red Hat and customers
- Identify opportunities and propose technical solutions aligned with customers' business objectives
- Provide technical sales support and design architectures that incorporate Red Hat products, consulting services, and training
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong documentation skills and experience presenting to mid-to-large audiences
- Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
