About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the assigned sales team
Continuously expand knowledge of Red Hat offerings and solutions
Serve as the technical liaison between Red Hat and customers
Identify opportunities and propose technical solutions aligned with customers' business objectives
Provide technical sales support and design architectures that incorporate Red Hat products, consulting services, and training
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
Strong documentation skills and experience presenting to mid-to-large audiences
Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
