About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with regional sales, consulting, and engineering teams to scope and deliver customer engagements across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Lead the design and development of scalable AI workloads that address the demands of diverse markets and industries in APAC.
- Contribute to building regional expertise by mentoring architects and consultants.
- Craft repeatable delivery methodologies and represent Red Hat as an industry leader in AI technologies.
- Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and design solutions leveraging Red Hat’s technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience leading successful AI consulting engagements in the APAC region or similar markets.
- Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into business value, including ROI driven use case prioritization.
- Proven ability to architect and design complex solutions in rapidly evolving technology environments.
- Expertise in architecting scalable AI/ML systems, including distributed training/inference, data pipelines and production deployment.
- Experience with modern predictive and generative AI techniques.
- Hands-on experience with agile, DevOps, and MLOps methodologies and platform engineering practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse cultural and professional audiences.
- Willingness to travel across APAC (up to 40% of the time).
