About the role
- Facilitate and influence change at all levels of the project
- Practice Agile Project management in software development
- Participate in delivering multiple software products to production using Agile methodologies
- Work and gain experience with Jira and other technologies
- Collect and document input from Red Hat technology users, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and requirements
- Work closely with a senior mentor and collaborate with local and global teams
- Network with other interns and engage in professional development and social activities
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
- Basic knowledge and willingness to learn Google Workspace, Jira, Slack
- Desire to improve and streamline processes
- Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
- Willingness to learn and proactively work as part of a wider team
