Key responsibilities & impact

Create and regularly update technical learning paths for Red Hat products, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity
Stay current with new technologies, programming languages, and software development principles
Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization
Monitor and engage with solutions architects and various product internal Slack channels
Apply foresight and knowledge of industry trends and user data to prioritize learning paths
Occasionally assist with high-impact demonstrations of products and technologies for various industry verticals

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Developer Advocate or in a similar technical writing/content creation role
Essential understanding of modern software development principles; proficiency in multiple programming languages is highly desirable
Practical experience or strong foundational knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift container technology
Proven ability to work effectively across diverse (Mac, Linux, and/or Windows) development environments
Superior written and verbal communication skills; a background in journalism or other fast-paced writing is a strong plus
The ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, developer advocates, and other teams
Commitment to clearly documenting all prerequisites and technical setup requirements (e.g., Git, specific software versions)
A high degree of curiosity and the willingness to learn where to find solutions to technical challenges
Ability to manage time effectively, focus, and work autonomously
