About the role

  • Drive the Partner certification process for Red Hat products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting partners with inquiries, and resolving technical challenges.
  • Conduct testing and validation of software workloads across diverse environments, including cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging expertise in Python, Go, and AI/LLM technologies to develop effective solutions and enhance processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive certification documentation, including guides, workflows, and best practices, to support partners.
  • Provide continuous feedback to engineering and product management teams, improving product quality and certification readiness.
  • Monitor certification progress, generate impactful reports for partners, business stakeholders, leadership, and implement industry-leading methodologies to optimize workflows.
  • Stay updated on advancements in Al, LLMs, and cloud-based tools, applying this knowledge to certification processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
  • Position requires working knowledge of the following skills gained through coursework or experience: Python; Linux; Kubernetes; and AWS, OpenStack or similar.
