Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging expertise in Python, Go, and AI/LLM technologies to develop effective solutions and enhance processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive certification documentation, including guides, workflows, and best practices, to support partners.
Provide continuous feedback to engineering and product management teams, improving product quality and certification readiness.
Monitor certification progress, generate impactful reports for partners, business stakeholders, leadership, and implement industry-leading methodologies to optimize workflows.
Stay updated on advancements in Al, LLMs, and cloud-based tools, applying this knowledge to certification processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
Position requires working knowledge of the following skills gained through coursework or experience: Python; Linux; Kubernetes; and AWS, OpenStack or similar.
